Jessie Coates, Global Impact Entrepreneurship Leader, EY Global

Jessie is the EY Global Impact Entrepreneurship Leader, guiding the EY effort to work with small and growing businesses globally to help scale new technologies and business models that purposefully drive progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. A Chartered Accountant by trade, she began her career in corporate finance before working with clients spanning the social, private and public sectors within the EY UK&I Advisory services. Since 2017, Jessie has focused on supporting impact entrepreneurs in overcoming barriers to growth, primarily in emerging market contexts.

Kyle Newell, Associate Director, Global Corporate Responsibility, EY Global

Kyle Newell is a Senior Manager in EY’s Global Corporate Responsibility team with over 15 years of experience in the impact entrepreneurship sector. He provides a holistic understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem where he has been an investor, an entrepreneur, and an adviser.  He has worked globally in over 35+ countries including in Latin American, Africa, and Asia with non-profits, governmental organizations and enterprises by starting and incubating new ideas to solving global problems.

Anton de Klerk, Associate Director, Supply Chain & Operations, Advisory, EY South Africa

Anton is a Director in EY’s Advisory Supply Chain team based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has worked across the world in more than 20 countries helping companies transform their end-to-end supply chains. His focus is on creating innovative strategy that seeks to increase revenue, drive down cost and connect with the consumer. He’s helped more than 20 companies, small and large, save in excess of $10bn p.a. through embedding cutting edge thinking and practical solutions. He also leads the African Supply Chain Reinvention suite of offers for EY.

Ranesh Nair, Senior Manager, People Advisory Services, Tax, EY US

Ranesh Nair is a Senior Manager in EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) with over 15 years of experience in the areas of strategy, operating model, organizational design, performance management, change management and HR transformation. Ranesh is an organizational design architect with significant experience working with Board and C-suite executives in executing organizational transformation engagements, working closely with senior leadership in addressing the people aspects of mergers and acquisitions, organizational turnaround, and growth strategies. As a leader of the organizational development practice in EY, Ranesh is also responsible for training and capability-building of staff in the field of organizational development.

Andrew Hill, Manager, Finance Performance Improvement, Advisory, EY US

Andrew Hill is a Manager in EY’s Financial Advisory team based out of New York.  Andrew will share insights from his 8 years of experience in financial improvement, cost optimization, financial planning, IT financial effectiveness, and restructuring for clients in the energy, aerospace & defence, retail, and healthcare industries.

Daniela Mandacaru, Daniela Mandacaru, Senior Manager, Customer Performance Improvement, Advisory, EY United Arab Emirates

Daniela Mandacaru is a Senior Manager in EY’s Customer Performance Improvement Advisory team based out of Dubai. She has over 10 years of experience focusing on strategy, product development and performance improvement principally across the financial sector.
