Born in Romania but in love with Spain, she dreamed of working at the European Parliament as a teenager. She graduated from Political Sciences and International Relations University in 2016 and Latin American Studies Master in 2018. She has been working as a volunteer for the Pro-Democracy Association for four years. She worked in the bank for one year and as an assistant to an Executive Coach for eight years. She joined the Global team first time in 2017 as Internal Accounting Support. Then, she worked at Impact Hub Bucharest as part of the finance team for three years. She joined the team again in January 2023 as a part-time finance team. In her full time, she works in Financial Audit. She is based in Bucharest as our Finance & Controlling Support.
Sarah joined the Impact Hub Global Network as Global Impact Branding & Communications Coordinator in September 2022.
With a background in social innovation and the creative industries, she works on sharing Impact Hub’s multilayered story across all of its communication channels. She is driven by the ambition to foster a diverse and resilient future through social-impact storytelling. She also thrives on employing creative multimedia approaches to tackle complex issues related to creating a future-proof planet. As a communications specialist with a community-focused perspective, she aims to contribute to a planet where we can live amongst all, not above all.
Currently, you can find her cycling around the capital of the Netherlands, Amsterdam.
Ayesha is a mission-driven operations specialist who is passionate about infusing operations with sustainability. Her specialty is in the development of holistic tools, processes, policies, and procedures which empower stakeholders with intricate
needs. She has a wealth of experience in developing operations for global fashion companies and not-for-profit organizations. She is committed to accelerating Indigenous led sustainability initiatives and believes this to be the key to reconciling generational poverty for all Indigenous people. Ayesha is an Indigenous Australian and is based in The Netherlands.
Tatiana Glad is an entrepreneur, sustainability practitioner and change strategist with a focus on impact entrepreneurship, social innovation, and sustainable business. Tatiana is Executive Director of the global Impact Hub Network and co-founder of social enterprises Impact Hub Amsterdam and Waterlution. She has a MSc in Responsible Business Practice, is on the University of Amsterdam Honours Programme Sustainability Board and previously served as an appointed expert to the City of Amsterdam’s Social Entrepreneurship action program and as Supervisory Group chair of AIESEC International. As a steward of the Art of Hosting, participatory community building is at the core of her work, coupled with experience working in a global financial institution, public sector innovation and small enterprise. Tatiana is Canadian, based in Amsterdam.
Marine joined the Impact Hub Global Network as Global Programs Coordinator in June 2022. Based in London, she is currently overseeing some trans-local programs and coordinating Impact Hub’s growing global programs portfolio. Marine is passionate about building high-impact collaborations to reduce social inequalities and address major environmental challenges. Prior to joining Impact Hub, she worked at the OECD’s Social Economy and Innovation Unit, the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs, and Ashoka. Marine holds a BA in Social Sciences, as well as a dual Masters’ degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris and the London School of Economics.
Idelette is a South African strategist who believes in the power of creativity and that diversity
drives innovation. Over the last 8+ years, she’s worked with purpose-driven brands, social
innovators, big-thinkers, and community leaders to build human-centered experiences that
promote positive change. She takes on a strategic-creative approach when solving
problems and helps organizations integrate the 4 P’s – People, Planet, Purpose, Profits –
into the core of their business strategies. An experienced creative lead who thrives in fast-
paced environments, Idelette has developed international projects and has led multi-cultural
teams in 9+countries. Today, you can find her wandering the streets of Barcelona with her
Border Collie and sidekick, Kibo – forever on the lookout for creative inspiration and
collaborations that will lead to a better tomorrow
Luiz has joined the Impact Hub Company in 2022, coming previously from a local
Impact Hub team, acting as a Program Manager at Impact Hub Brasília since 2020.
Luiz holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and is very committed to the
environmental and climate causes. He has taken up various roles in the past working
in organizations such as AIESEC, Citizens Climate Lobby International, Zero Waste
Youth, Global Shapers etc. and now he is part of our Global Network Development
team.
Based in Brasília, Brazil, he is currently Global Capacity Building Coordinator.
Fenno brings 12+ years of brand, innovation, and communications experience. For the past years, he was the Director of Brand, and Communications at Pakhuis de Zwijger, the leading institute for social innovation & creativity in the Netherlands. Prior to this, he worked as brand & innovation lead both with various social enterprises and for-purpose brands as well as corporate clients. Fenno started his career at Microsoft Amsterdam, where he was leading for nearly 4 years their startup accelerator and other innovation initiatives. After these years he became fully dedicated as a social entrepreneur in engaging, translating, and activating social transitions and transformations in the impact sphere.
Fenno thrives best when he can unify his social impact work with the inspiration that comes from his (board) activities in creative industries, politics, and alternative culture.
Christine has joined us in March 2022 as Impact Measurement and Management Lead, after almost 10 years in international development working at the crossroads between education and entrepreneurship. Christine brings her love for languages and cultures to the workplace and is happiest in multicultural environments. With a well-rounded mix of experience in program design, implementation management, and impact measurement, she designs impact measurement frameworks for selected
entrepreneur support programs develop data collection tools, drive monitoring, and prepare insights and reports.
Currently splitting her time between Austria and Italy, Christine loves to move and has learned to work on buses, planes, and remote places in Nicaragua, Thailand, Mali, and more.
Faiza joined Impact Hub Company as our WWF & Impact Hub communications specialist in March 2022. At Impact Hub, her focus is on communication, internal and external awareness-raising, and storytelling around the environmental strategy
in close collaboration with the Brand & Comms & Network development team. In WWF she will lead the communication around projects in the area of enhancing WWF’s innovation culture and structure.
She brings experience as a professional in Digital Marketing, IT, and Project Management with previous experiences working in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Faiza is based in Rabat, Morocco but you might also find her in France sometimes. She enjoys video games, long walks, and political discussions.
Gabriela joined the team in April 2021 as part of the Finance & Operations Circle. She graduated from Bucharest University of Economic Studies in 2018 and started working as a junior economist and cost controller at one of the biggest banks of
Romania, Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR).
She is based in Romania and currently is our Finance Accounting & Controlling Operations Coordinator at Impact Hub Global Network.
Corina joined the team in December 2021 as HR Operations Coordinator. She worked for over 19 years in Human Resources and held different roles, from HR Admin to HR Management and as trainer and consultant, in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She likes working with people and discovering each person’s strengths and helping in their development. Corina is located in Bucharest and holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology.
Mikel worked for over eight years in Impact Hub Madrid where he held different roles from Community Lead to Director of Programmes or International and Public Sector Programmes Lead. He also has experience in the area of public transparency and anti-corruption. Currently, he’s working on a Ph.D. thesis in the framework of the Innovative Training Network Coral, which aims to unpack the latent dynamics and impacts of collaborative workspaces in rural and peripheral areas and integrate them as development tools in local and regional policies to open up new potentials for socio-economic development. Mikel was born in Madrid, Spain, and holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from SOAS, University of London.
Laura’s passion for advancing socio-environmental goals through innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration has led her to support & bridge the very special worlds of Impact Hub and WWF in her PM role. At Impact Hub she enables the operational implementation of the network’s 2030 environmental strategy. While at WWF, she empowers WWF offices and communities to grow their innovation capacity. Having co-founded Impact Hub Phnom Penh and provided entrepreneurship and innovation program design, facilitation, and coaching, she hails from the UK, is currently based in Spain and loves exploring the great outdoors whilst eating gelato with her family.
Carol is mainly responsible for the onboarding of new teams in our Network. If you are wondering how to bring an Impact Hub to your city, reach out to Carol! She joined the Impact Hub Network in 2016 as a maker at Impact Hub Floripanópolis. Overthere, she developed experience in events organizing, program design and management, and finance and operations. Carol is Brazilian, and she is passionate about building solutions collectively for impact.

Nayla is a Senior Manager specialised in enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship for public and social impact.
Based in London, she is currently Programs & Partnerships Operations Manager at Impact Hub Global Network where she manages a portfolio of global programs that support social entrepreneurs from idea generation to scaling their ventures. She is passionate about designing innovative approaches to tackle social and environmental challenges in different regions of the world. Nayla holds a BA in Political Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Policy and a Master’s Degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics.
Ulysse joined Impact Hub Company as Global Technology coordinator in March 2020. He loves to create websites and apps, and tries to make people’s life easier every day through technology and user experience. Ulysse has 6 years of practical experience working in startup environments and has also participated in a few Hackathons. He has won three hackathons, one focused on harnessing the power of open data to help parents find schools for their children, the second, building an app to help epileptics track their medication and seizures, the last was a service to help athletes manage their wealth and plan for retirement. Ulysse is based in Lisbon.
Fatmata started her role as a Tech Support in June 2019. She is a tech enthusiast and eager to learn. She currently pursues her degree at African Leadership University Rwanda where she studies Computer Science. Fatmata is also a huge fan of social business and likes to connect it with her expertise. She loves to travel as she enjoys maintaining relationships that contribute to her growth which has allowed her to embrace diversity. Fatmata is Based in Kigali, Rwanda.
As Programs Capacity Builder Tom works with Impact Hubs and partners to develop and deliver entrepreneurial support initiatives for social entrepreneurs. This includes the co-creation of a curriculum and learning journey and the capacity building of Impact Hubs and organisations to deliver support initiatives within their local contexts – if this interests you then simply reach out to Tom to find out more! Tom has developed his career in the social impact space with a focus on social innovation methods, digital technology, learning experiences and business development. Currently based in London, Tom has also spent some time living in Berlin while learning more about the world of tech for good and coding.
Mariana is our Global Development Coordinator. She is responsible for the new exciting programmes we are developing across the globe to foster social entrepreneurship and impact at scale. Mariana holds a Masters degree on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and has a strong background on business and partnership development. Alberto joined Impact Hub Company as Global Programmes Director in January 2019. “I am based in London and work across a number of areas to help support the development of the network, the establishment of partnerships and donor-relations with UK-based funders and organisations, and the overall awesome growth of our association.In my spare time, I raise my two kids, take pictures of London, go to the cinema, cycle a lot and read sci-fi novels!”
Maria is originally from Brazil but spent the last 12 years between Brazil and England (London). She joined the Impact Hub Network as Impact Hub King’s Cross- London Managing Director in 2012. Before joining the Impact Hub network, Maria worked supporting the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem for the people on the base of the pyramid in Brazil, working with microfinance and business education. Maria background is in business management. She has a degree in Business Administration and MSc in International Management from King’s College in London. Maria undertook a field research in Bangladesh, about challenges that social enterprises face in reconciling profitability and social impact as part of her MSc programme. Maria believes that we can build a more fair and just society that works for all and that is why she joined the Impact Hub global movement.

Born and raised in the Czech Republic, Petr has lived in the US, the Netherlands and currently commutes between Vienna and Prague. Before joining Impact Hub to manage global partnerships and fundraising, Petr worked in business development and innovation at Vodafone, leading several initiatives in mobile media, online services, ICT, and mHealth. Previously, Petr worked at AIESEC, a global youth-run leadership and talent development organization, where he managed the national branch in the Czech Republic and later joined AIESEC’s global office to lead sales and external relations. He and his wife enjoy travel, various outdoor sports, and even ballroom dancing from time to time.

Beate is the Global Growth Lead, responsible for operationalizing the networks’ expansion efforts and seeding new Impact Hubs across the world. Besides that, she is leading the Community Partnership – a model for like-minded organizations to build a strategic alliance with the Impact Hub Network.
She has also delivered capacity-building programs for social entrepreneurship support organizations in the US, Bissau, Jordan, and Libya. Having supported 30+ teams across 5 regions in joining the network, Beate has strong experience in establishing sustainable platforms for social entrepreneurship within diverse ecosystems. Prior to joining Impact Hub in 2016, she has worked for public and private institutions as a project manager in the field of organizational development and human resources, improving, and reinforcing strategies, structures, and processes. Beate holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Liechtenstein.

She worked for 9 years in youth civic organizations, and in 2002, she established Fair Trade Hellas, Greece’s first initiative dealing with fair and sustainable trade, which holds membership in the Impact Hub Athens community. Marina has made passionate and recognized contributions at the consultancy, advocacy, and governance levels within the European Development Cooperation Sector. She served two mandates on the international board of Concord, the Confederation of European Association for Development and Relief, and she currently sits on the board of the association SOS Mediterranee Italia, which operates the rescue boat Ocean Viking with the mission of saving lives of people in distress in the Mediterranean Sea.
Marina’s passion extends to training, particularly in Advocacy and Leadership skills. In 2009, with the arrival of her daughter Chiara, she transitioned to a freelance role as a fundraiser, trainer, and consultant for CSOs. In 2016, Marina joined the Impact Hub Company as the EU Cluster Coordinator. Over the years, her tasks and responsibilities have evolved into the current role of EU Development Manager, combining strategic EU fundraising with the management of approved EU projects.
Frequent travel has become a part of Marina’s life, and she often seeks opportunities to indulge her passion for art, culture, and sunny places.

Anne is the WWF & Impact Hub Global Partnership Lead focusing on the strategic partnerships between the two networks while also holding unique roles in each. In this hybrid role, she leads the implementation of Impact Hubs’ environmental strategy which spans from work with our Impact Hubs on the topic to climate global partnerships and programs. For WWF, Anne is the innovation culture manager: empowering WWF offices around the world to foster their innovation culture. Anne has always been curious about the topic of collaboration and innovation, so over the years she took a variety of roles: with an NGO in Kayamandi Township South Africa, for the BMW Foundation in Germany & Canada, for UnLtd UK, and as a virtual facilitator and consultant. Anne is now based in Berlin. The outdoors are her way to feel connected – from yoga and hiking to scuba diving and surfing.
Born in Romania, Petruta spent her childhood in Bucharest. In 2006, she attended university at Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where she majored in Accounting and Management Information Systems. From 2004 until 2013 she was an accountant at Foundation Center for Economic Development ( CDE ), having a range of activities, from bookkeeping to microfinance activities.
In 2009, the foundation became a non-bank financial institution and she went from Economist in 2009- 2013 to Senior Controlling and Reporting Officer in 2014, where her main responsibilities were controlling (preparing periodical reports, compliance audits, monitoring internal controls, budgeting, and analyzing financial data to varying degrees) and reporting (preparing the internal and external reports, budgets, forecasts). In 2016, Petruta joined us as part of the Finance & Operations Circle at Impact Hub Global as Controlling & Reporting Lead.
