Sparknews has been growing a movement to build a better world by changing the way we talk about it, and this year, we wanted in on the conversation.
Impact Hub became a proud partner to the Paris-based social business for their fifth annual Impact Journalism Day. On June 24, 2017, 100 million readers tuned in to a special edition published in 50 of the world’s leading newspapers, where they found 60 stories of changemakers’ concrete and inspiring solutions to some of the most pressing global issues: those addressed in the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
Eight Impact Hubs on five continents organized online and on-the-ground Impact Journalism Day events connecting journalists, entreprenuers, and communities in the name of a more positive global narrative.
Here is a snapshot of what took place across the Impact Hub network:

To celebrate, he participated as a panelist in Impact Hub Singapore’s Impact Journalism Day Panel Discussion on media and social enterprise in the region.
